Our Beginning
Mr. Albino Fernandes, Mr. Edward Fernandes, Mr. Kedar Jagdale, and Mr. Miguel Afonso share a common background of working and gaining valuable experience in countries like the UK and USA.
Driven by a shared vision to bring international standards to India’s real estate sector, they returned to India, with Albino Fernandes leading the initiative by founding Royal Developers and Group of Companies in Goa in 2007, later joined by the others to collectively build a trusted name in real estate.
